SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Readymade orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Candles and melts are made to order so please allow 4-5 business days for your order to be processed (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time during peak periods, such as Christmas. If there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

We ship all orders via Sendle and Australia Post.

Delivery delays outside of our control can occasionally occur. Please refer here for any current updates.

 

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping within Australia on all orders over $99. We do not offer local delivery/pick up, or ship internationally at this time.

NSW Metro - up to 2 business days

NSW Country - up to 5 business days

Interstate Metro - up to 3-6 business days

SHIPMENT TO PO BOXES OR PARCEL LOCKERS

We currently ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers using Australia Post.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@lomaniandco.com.au with your name and order number.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
